Three ways to save money at the Upper Valley Food Coop.

Co+op Deals are discount prices we are able to offer to you through our membership with the National Cooperative Grocers Association. Our Co+op deals change twice a month. We do not have any Co+op Deals that run the entire month.

We are a small community store and can’t carry everything listed in the flyer. We select the product we stock based on what our customers want and our values. Please talk to us if there’s something you’d like us to carry.

Member Sales change once a month and are available to members only.

Produce Sales: special prices on produce as available.

Unadvertised Monthly Specials: Look for the orange signs. We don't advertise them, but we have them.
