How Does Online Shopping Work?
The co-op is still offering a curbside pick-up service for those who need it. Orders can be placed over the phone, 802-295-5804, or by email, firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please do not copy and paste the email address. For some reason the emails don’t always get to us if you do that.)
Order and Pick-up Times
We now have six pick-up times for you to choose from:
Place your order on Monday by 2pm, and pick-up on Tuesday at 6pm or Wednesday at 8:30am.
Place your order on Tuesday by 2pm, and pick-up on Wednesday at 6pm or Thursday at 8:30am.
Place your order on Thursday by 2pm, and pick-up on Friday at 6pm or Saturday at 8:30am.
Directions and Details
When you email in your order, we will call you to confirm the order and ask for your card information. If you do not hear from us by the end of the order day, please give us a call to confirm that we received your order.
Limit 20 items. We ask that you limit your order to 20 items so that we can ensure we have the time to fill all orders. There is no specific limit to the quantity of each item. (Ex. 4 cans of beans = 1 item)
Please be as specific as possible with the items you are ordering. Helpful information includes: Brand name, Size, Flavor, Quantity, etc. Provide Dietary information relative to your products, i.e. vegan, gluten-free, low-sodium, etc. Product availability may be limited.
Pick-up Procedure. At the specified pick-up time, orders will be placed on a table in front of the store. If your order has more than one bag, that will be marked on all the bags (Ex. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3). Please make sure to collect all your bags. And of course, be courteous of your fellow curbside shoppers and do not crowd the table.
Do I have to be a member to order curbside?
No! Our curbside is open to all customers!
How early do I need to place my order?
We have pre-scheduled pick-up times, and orders must be placed a day or two
ahead of time. We are not able to accommodate same-day orders at this time.

How are picked orders stored?
Orders are bagged depending on temperature needs. Cold products are stored
in a cooler and frozen products are stored in a freezer.
