Part-time Cashier

20-24 hours/week

 

We are looking for a hard-working, friendly person to join our Co-op staff. This is a part-time cashiering position. You must be good with customers, accurate handling cash and customer payments. Hours can be flexible, but evenings and weekends are a must!

  

Benefits for part-time positions include 20% off store purchases and paid time off.

   

Job Responsibilities​

  • answering customer questions

  • handling cash and customer payments

  • some cleaning and re-stocking of products

Full Charge Bookkeeper

30-35 hours/week

 

We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper to manage all aspects of accounting for the Co-op. Accounting/bookkeeping experience required. Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical insurance, paid time off, and a 20% in store discount.

   

Job Responsibilities include:​

  • daily sales reconciliation and bank deposits

  • accounts payable

  • payroll

  • general journal entries

  • bank reconciliations

  • all general ledger work resulting in producing reliable monthly and quarterly financial statements
